The students will be able to work in collaborative groups while sitting at these new tables. They will learn to foster good relationships with others students and learn to work together. The write on table will also replace some of the traditional paper and pencil class work. My students enjoy any time they can write on the classroom whiteboard and this will give all the students more of an opportunity to write with the markers more often. This will also help me monitor which students understand the topic being taught. These tables will be accompanied by the alternative seating that is already in the classroom.
