Many of my students do not have access to technology at home and they are so excited to use computers during our computer lab time. I would love to take that excitement and use it for learning. Technology is a good way to motivate students to practice skills learned in the classroom. An iPad will offer an opportunity for students to practice reading, writing, and math fact fluency. They will also be able to share their work and progress with parents, which will encourage the parent-school communication. Students who are struggling with foundational skills can greatly benefit as the iPads can be used at any level. Your generous donation will help students build the important foundation of basic skills that are learned at this level.
