The blocks, magnets, and building books will help our first-grade teachers create meaningful, engaging work areas in our rooms for students to create. MakerSpace is usually defined as an area in a classroom where students can work together and think critically to solve problems and create new things. Being able to provide our students with the necessary materials needed to create new things will not only strengthen their problem-solving skills but will also enhance collaboration in our room. Giving our students hands-on opportunities to imagine, design, create, and try out new ideas will be invaluable both inside and outside of our classrooms.

About my class
