My students would benefit greatly by having access to Scholastic News - My Weekly Reader. The subscription is for the entire school year from August to June. Each student will have access to a print copy of the magazine as well as having access to all of the digital resources. The articles and assignments are aligned with the Common Core standards in content specific areas. The publishers used the most-taught science, social studies, and safety topics to create a multimedia curriculum. Each edition focuses on building content knowledge, vocabulary, and early reading skills. The students will be able to see themselves in the pages because the magazine reflects the rich diversity of today’s classrooms.
