My students need a listening center for Daily 5! My first graders not only love to listen and follow along to books, but they need this technique to help improve their reading skills. The individual CD players will be put to good use during our Daily 5 literacy block. Students have the opportunity to make their own choices of how to learn during our morning literacy routine. Adding a listening center will add another great choice for my first graders to have, that allows them to listen to and read different books on their own! They will be so excited to add the 5th choice to our Daily 5 choices!
