Welcome to the Math Cafe! A Learning Experience with Mr.Hill! I am a positive, yoga loving always in search of the next bright idea to transform learning for my students kinda guy! Add Interior Designer and Event Planner to my list of titles! The West side of Charlotte is home to a population of students who continue to be pushed under the rug and over to the the next grade without being fully prepared. Not the case here at Movement School, we move kids with a purpose! These students are living at or below the poverty line. Most of my students don't have the basic essential needs at home to properly come to school and function at their best. These students come to school daily with different outside struggles which affect learning in many different ways. I have instilled a sense of curiosity about what life could be like outside their current communities and I'm on a mission to provide them with those experiences!
