Our school is in the process of converting to a Google School. While this will ultimately be a wonderful platform for both teachers and students to utilize, there is currently not enough technology available in our building for all students to use. Some students use their phones for completing assignments on the Google Classroom interface; however, many students in our building do not have any piece of technology to use due to financial hardship. Access to technology such as iPads will allow these students limitless educational opportunities that their personal socioeconomic backgrounds may otherwise prevent them from experiencing. It is my hope providing students access to the technology necessary for thriving in the world of modern education will ultimately help remove some of their stress and put them in the best position possible to advance their own futures.

About my class
