My students come into a fun and energetic environment where they are learning about lifetime activities and information to keep themselves active, healthy and engaged. Physical Education in our gym is about finding what exercise you enjoy, and not to be scared of the word. In addition to various Health topics and traditional sports activities, we also try to explore non-traditional activities like rock wall climbing, dancing, and gymnastics. We focus on the lifelong benefits rather then the "now".

About my class
