I am a gifted pullout teacher in an urban school district. My students are intelligent, creative and excited about learning challenging new things. These young inquisitive learners come to the gifted classroom to interact with their intellectual peers and to use their imaginations and creativity to solve problems and think critically. The gifted classroom is a safe place for my students to explore topics of interest and develop the skills necessary for success in the twenty-first century.
