3D printing is an exciting way for students to create different objects. No longer is a concept just theoretical; they can print it out and see it for themselves! My students will have the chance to rapid-prototype their ideas and creations, encouraging them to take chances and create something new! The 3D printer I have selected also has a 3D scanner to make prototyping easier, as well as a laser engraver for additional projects. The scanner will allow us to duplicate existing objects, while the laser engraver will let us customize other materials, as well. Thank you for your consideration, and any help you can provide.
