I work for a title one school where 90% of my students are from a low income home. They are bright but do not have the technology needed to complete their school work and they do not have access to a lot of resources that can help them learn and succeed. In my school we have a high ratio of welfare students that immigrate from another country. They are not always able to participate in school wide activities due to the fact that they lack the resources or financial ability to do so.
