My school is located in central Alabama and in a very low income area. Our school is a Title 1 school, with 78% of the students receiving free or reduced lunches. My students are very eager to learn, but most of them are below level when it comes to reading and/or math, due to the lack of materials needed to increase their knowledge. Technology is definitely in demand in today's society. School is the only place these children have to learn how to use this type of technology.
