Confucius says, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." My goal for this year is that every student finds ways to explore history and learn about the world around them. I need them to understand that their involvement in world affairs, politics, and social issues will help shape the world (our future). I am asking for quality headphones so that they can research historians, inventors, wars, causes, social issues, and other events to help them determine their path in life. We need more "doers" of good work and I am positive my students have what it takes to be those doers. One of our projects/experiences this year is to explore World War 2, define the key causes of the conflict, and create posters to connect what they learn with what is happening now in our world. They will create costumes, write monologues to support what they learn, and then create a website to share their knowledge. Thank you for your help.
