Students will need to listen to short videos and screencasting to assist with direct instruction. This project will help them to do that by giving them the opportunity to use a class set of headphones. The students will also need to charge their Chromebooks from time to time, the power strips will be able to assist the students with this. My students will be utilizing new technology this year to accentuate their learning and to assist with differentiation and individualized pacing. The headphones and power strips that I am asking for will greatly assist the students in attaining their goals in their eighth-grade year.
