Unfortunately, most of our lessons this year need to be taking place from home to keep everyone healthy. I need to do read alouds, writing, and phonics demonstrations live in order to keep my very young students engaged. The laptop alone will not suffice to accomplish this and the document camera will be a great asset to support with this demand. I have been participating in a training this week and I have seen the difference it makes when having the camera versus not having one. The difference is huge even for adults like us with our more advanced attention span during this training. The document camera will help me present work in a clearer way and it will help my students see and understand my instruction much better. This product will enhance my whole group lessons as well as small group and individual conferencing. This is a must have.
