The scooters, flag belts, and hula hoops will allow my students to participate in activities such as relays and running/ chasing games that will provide all of my students inclusive and interactive activities that supports learners of all ability/fitness levels. Many of my student do not have access to games or equipment that allows them opportunities to develop their motor skills and movement patterns. This equipment will enhance the physical education setting in which they may recognize the value of physical activity for health, challenge, self expression and social interaction, as well as reduce their stress and increase their energy which, in turn, boosts learning power and improves academic performance.
