We will use the iPads to: support our research of Native Americans in New York State; study extreme weather by looking up non-fiction texts; watch educational videos about the American Revolution; research persuasive writing topics (such as: should all students have access to technology on a daily basis?) and many other interesting fourth grade topics! The iPad cases and covers would be used to keep the iPads in good condition with high levels of student use. The iPads will help underprivileged, low performing students maximize their learning by accessing enriching technological resources. With greater access to technology, your donation will enhance students' learning experiences by allowing them to read texts at different levels as well as gain access to science, social studies, math, and literacy resources.

About my class
