My students are always more engaged in the classroom when they can use hands on activities and work together! They have a natural interest in exploring how things work. If we are able to get these STEM based manipulatives, it will give my students many opportunities to explore, create, and collaborate in the classroom. The Design and Build Engineering Centers will allow my students to be engaged in the process of real life designs. They will explore the engineering process with hands on manipulatives that allow them to build, explore, and engineer. The Magnetiles will allows them to use their creativity to build whatever their imagination desires! The Gears will help spark their creativity to create something with an engineering toy. The Mental Blox Critical Thinking Game will allow my students to problem solve and use critical thinking skills.
