My students participate in daily rotations and we currently only have two Chromebooks available in our classroom for student use. Due to the classroom size and the varied learning levels of my students, I typically have four to five children in each group. Students have been having to share the technology in order to complete activities during our technology station. The addition of these four Chromebooks will allow every student in each group rotation to participate in various online educational activities throughout the day. My students currently participate in weekly webquests that require the use of the Internet. They enjoy having the ability to research various science experiments and various other activities they do not have the materials to complete at home. My classroom is heavily based on student-centered learning and allowing my students to be the driver of their education. By having more technology available for my students, they will be able to have experiences they have never had before.
