My students need walkie talkies so we can communicate with staff members and certified crowd control managers during our Family Engagement Events. Our school is committed to engaging our stakeholders, including our the parents of our students. We frequently host large events, such as PTO/Musical Nights, Math Night, Reading Night, and perform in our local community. As such, our school is the center of our small rural community, and our students' participation is the centerpiece of several community events. However, in order to be able to safely communicate and organize these events, adults need the ability to talk to each other over distances to control crowds and assure the safety of all our students. Using these walkie talkies, we'll be able to provide more events for our families that are well run and safe for all students and families involved.
