I teach Head Start in a rural community. My students ages are 3-5 years old. They are energetic, inquisitive, and crave a daily comfort zone. My students come from low-income underprivileged households. Our main goal is promote kindergarten readiness and to prepare these students socially, emotionally, and cognitively.
