The key objectives are to open the classrooms up to more flexible seating option for our students. Flexible seating has been researched and it has been found to increase student engagement and motivation within the classroom. Our wish is to create a learning environment tailored to the learners, not classroom design from 30-50 years ago where each child has a desk and table. Wobble Chairs are extremely conducive to learning. Some students would rather stand, kneel or swivel to do their work, this helps students that like to be able to move and it is great for productivity. Some children (especially children with special needs) will have their vestibular and tactile needs met. New furniture will also excite the students and peek their interest in learning.
