This project will be such a great help and go a long way to giving these children the tools to their success. The Chromebooks will be used to assist in their ability to do homework. A lot of students need technology to get their homework done and just as many do not have access to that technology. Most of the children do their homework while at the program where there are staff that can help them with what they need. Some children go home to a place where they have no one to help them and this may be the only chance they will have to get what they need. These Chromebooks will open them up to an entirely new world. The Chromebooks will also be used for enrichment activities. These enrichment opportunities will give the children a chance to be involved in different activities and experiences. They can do virtual field trips, research, and learn about the wonders that technology can offer them.
