The subject that I teach is Ancient Civilizations. We explore civilizations from pre-history through the Renaissance. It is imperative that my students virtually visit places and cultures that we study. Through the many eras of time, by having digital access my students will be able to tap into the world around them. Having Samsung Galaxy tablets gifted to my classroom will greatly enhance digital learning. My students are eager to learn and for many of them my classroom and the use of technology is the only exposure they have to different places and cultures. By using tablets in class, my students can have history come alive.
