I just gave my students a digital break on the computer which they loved. I watched the students solving puzzles, review material about the cell and interacting with each other for the entire block schedule. I would like to get the physical breakout boxes and access to pre-made break outs so the students can physically interact with the science information and learn speaking and problem solving skills. The breakout boxes allow students to solve problems and work cooperatively. These are skills needed for a bright future. My students will be able to review material , dive into new material, question results, and argue respectfully. These group problem solving boxes will enhance the science curriculum at FBMS.
