Can you imagine your homework being the "perfect selfie"? Is going into your classroom with a Lucha Libre mask exciting? Have you considered incorporating into your style mainstream teenagers' fashion elements? Do you want to show off your skills with your community? Well, these are some of the opportunities that my students have in our classrooms. As part of their language learning, they get to explore popular culture topics using the language as a vehicle for their education. This podcast station will enhance the students' ability to showcase the skills they have learned in class. They will collaborate with classmates to create, maintain, and explore new ways to acquire their language skills. Podcasts will foster a sense of belonging to a worldwide community building up a foundation for becoming lifelong, global citizens.
