The laptop that my district set me up with is very basic. Therefore, I lack the tech features and equipment that allow other teachers to conduct fruitful lessons. Since our school receives Title I funding and as our national economy takes a hit, requesting and being provided with latest tech equipment is not easy. As a result, some of my lessons lacked the same rigor as in the classroom and many of my students were not able to receive the hands-on help that benefited them . With DonorsChoose's donations, I would be able to conduct instructional videos, chat with students and faculty, construct more meaningful remote-learning resources, and organize performance-based assessments - among the most pertinent.
