97 percent of the students in our school are from low income families. We are a self contained classroom. 67 percent of my students are below expectations on recent data. Our classroom model operates on direct instruction and small groups with differentiated guidance. We would like 4 Chrome books that will be used for individualized instruction in math and ELA. Students in our classroom are enthusiastic about learning through sites such as: Khan Academy, I-Ready, Reflex Math, and Sumdog. As a IB PYP school, we would be able to explore topics as we prepare for our individual Exhibitions to take action in our world.
