Speed Stack Cups are used to improve hand-eye coordination and stimulates both the left and right sides of students' brains. It is very important for students to stimulate their brains by crossing the mid-line of their bodies during physical activity. Speed Stack Cups also incorporate a competitive aspect into a safe and enjoyable active environment for students of all ages and abilities! Speed Stack Cups are a new activity to the students here on our campus. We plan to use them for all grades and incorporate them into various games and activities that we already have. Please, help us to continue improve activities and curriculum for physical education at our school!

About my class
