I am the first Instrumental Music teacher that the school has had in a number of years. I have been able to find a lot of wind instruments in the school, other schools and through private donations. But there is one thing we are lacking. My students need practice drum pads to take home to practice their lessons. I have a few that we use in class but not nearly enough to for all my drummers. They are doing an excellent job in their lessons and then I feel bad when they ask how they should practice at home. I tell them to take the sticks home and find a soft surface to play on. I really would like to get enough drum pads for everyone to take one home.
