My students enjoy reading so much. They are all beginning readers so they need books at their individual reading levels. They have read through my leveled titles, but they are not quite ready to read the whole library on their own yet. The great news is that my students love to read. The challenge is to give them more books to keep them engaged in reading. Many of my students do not have books at home. I often buy secondhand books so I can give them books to take home. I am hoping to provide my students with more early emergent books so they see themselves at independent readers.
