Students would love to have chrome books in their classroom to conduct research as they write informational essays and think critically as well as make connections to their writing. We are years behind in our classroom and having advanced technology will really have the children connect and learn within their means of being a child in 2018. This will also help the ESL population in my classroom connect to their language as well as the language they are now immersed in. Our classrooms are not yet at the level technologically to meet their needs as learners. This grant will help to close that gap just a little bit more.
