Writing skills shouldn't impede learning! Please donate to acquire an iPad that will make writing faster and easier for students who struggle with penmanship, trouble focusing, etc. This critical technology will enable students to be more independent and reduce frustration levels for students who may have to redo assignments. My students will also be able to use educational apps to supplement the curriculum in both math and science. Some educational resources that will be used are quizlet, cool math games, and Khan Academy. Tapping a screen is easier and faster then standard pen and paper and will help improve fluency. Engaging students through technology will make such a difference in their lives.
