We need a science refrigerator for use in the lab classroom for science projects and labs. It is not safe or healthy to store science supplies in the staff lunchroom refrigerator. The staff is not fond of sharing their lunch room fridge with our science supplies and projects. Here are some specific examples. Macromolecules lab which requires milk. Isolating DNA, needs Ethanol stored in freezer DNA fingerprinting lab needs DNA samples stored in refrigerator. Anatomy & Physiology needs storage for dissection, fetal pigs, cow brains and hearts. We will be starting work with cultivating mushrooms and some of the materials for this will need to be refrigerated.
