I teach second grade and have a lot of students that wiggle and need to move around often throughout the day. To help support the individual needs of my students, I need help in purchasing flex seating items for my classroom. Setting up a classroom with flexible seating where the students pick their seat will help them to be more engaged and take ownership of their learning. I fell like wobble stools, wobble cushions, and balance balls are needed in today's classrooms. These items will support students that need to wobble and fidget while working. This will give them movement while being able to focus on their learning. The stools will be used at a desk or table and the cushions can be used on a chair on while sitting criss-cross on the floor at a low table or using a clipboard. The balance balls will be another choice for movement while working while sitting at a desk. The base for the balance balls will keep them from rolling and make for easier storage on desks and tables. Finally, the Go Anywhere chair will allow the students to sit anywhere on the floor with comfortable back support. With flexible seating, the students will be able to come in every day and select a seat that will make them feel comfortable and successful in their day of learning.
