Thank you for visiting and becoming a potential donor for my classroom. I teach first grade in a suburban K-5 elementary school. Not only does my classroom consist of your average student, but I also have students with special needs, emotional needs, and students learning to speak English. My school welcomes students from all over the world. Some of my students in my classroom are from economically disadvantaged countries and refugee camps in Nepal and Burma. They speak Burmese, Nepali, and Dinka, to name a few. These amazing kids have one thing in common though. They thrive on learning new things.
