The benefits of the students being involved in the project is their ability to learn the intricate details of how a business is ran. The “Breakfast To Go” Food Cart project will allow students to illustrate their ideas in presentation format before making it a reality. Students will get a quick lesson in the importance of research and development before opening a business. They will quickly know if the products on their self-created breakfast menu will sale to their consumers (peers). The school will benefit by having a student population with the fuel necessary to encourage better concentration, higher attendance rates, and overall academic success.
