Having brand new music stands will allow us to raise and lower the stands to the correct height for proper playing position. Many of our stands are bent, fall down when you try to raise them higher, and are falling apart piece by piece. We also need a storage cart to hold the stands. By donating to our project, you will give the students quality equipment that they are proud of. Oftentimes we go to other schools that have the nicer Manhasset stands and the students comment on how nice it would be to have better ones in our room. When our music isn't falling down, we can put on a better performance!
