We need need the bean bags, headphones, chart paper, composition notebooks, sharpie markers and books to help them be successful at learning. The bean bag chairs will allow my students to have the flexibility to move around the room and work independently to complete learning tasks. Some of the students in my classroom suffer with Emotional Disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder so they need to be able to sit in spaces where they can work alone and not be easily distracted. The ten drawer organizer cart will help keep my student's work organized. Many of my students are on different levels so it is important that I work with them in small groups to meet their academic needs. My students are visual learners so the colorful drawers would serve as a great visual aid for them. The colorful drawers will be labeled with each group's name which would make it easier for each student to find their work and at the same time create a sense of independence in my classroom. All of my students are diverse learners so flexible seating will help them be more motivated and successful at learning. The chart paper and markers are essential in my classroom because my students are visual learners. It is important that I make anchor charts that provide concrete examples that they can refer back to as a reinforcement for learning.
