My school currently only has 10 iPads for the entire school. I want to have iPads in the classroom to help with student learning. There are so many educational apps that can meet students where they are, and help grow them in all content areas. My school district has provided some great resources, but with only 3 computers in the classroom and one set of iPads for the whole school, I can't use the programs to their full potential. Also, because these students come from such a wide background, some have never been able to experience a tablet before, and with the way the world is moving in technology, these are needed skills. iPads are easier for young learners to use and will make stations in my classroom more enriched because they will be able to work independently while still getting instruction! I hope you see how worth it this really is!
