My students are a group of eager to learn 6th graders. I would like for my students first true experience with science be one that fosters creativity, problem solving and inquiry based learning. STEAM based learning is a focus in my classroom. On a daily basis I have the pleasure of teaching science to 150 diverse learners from a suburban area north of Detroit. Although the students are diverse, they all appreciate hands-on learning where they ask thoughtful questions and discover answers.
