We are creating a 'Culture of Reading' in our school, and we want to take the next step- students sharing their reading experiences with each other. This grant will be for the purchase of exciting book sets, or author sets, that can be used across grade levels with many types of readers. Throughout the year, students will be selected and invited to join the Lunch Bunch Book Club' in the library, where we will share and discuss the book we have chosen to read. It is my goal to get them more excited about reading and sharing than they already are. Hopefully, this club will inspire scholars to continue to develop a passion for reading. Thank you for supporting this effort!
