In my class of Significant Support Need Students, we spend countless hours with our students encouraging them to explore different learning tools. From fine motor activities, to social skills, as well as simple life skills that will allow them the independence we take for granted. It is a wonderful thing to see the children growing and gaining strength, and gathering knowledge through activities that encourage learning. Our goal is to further their learning desires, allow them to become more independent, and gain the knowledge they need to be successful in everything they do. The level of abilities with each student vary so greatly within my classroom. No student ever has the same needs as another. Individuality is a wonderful thing! My kids come to school each and every day eager to learn. They are always proud of their accomplishments, and the look on their faces prove it!
