I am always impressed by the students who understand how to stretch or even save their money. Yet many students do not have a strong sense of financial literacy. These resources can be applied by all students. I am requesting books and iPads with cases so that our students can tap into their knowledge about financial literacy. Our students will also be able to use the Scholastic app to create financially sound book wishlists. The iPads will be used year-round with other projects as well. My students love coding, researching, practicing math skills and recording project videos using iPads as well. These children's books about earning and saving will further enhance our financial literacy unit and math number sense. Thank you for helping with our financial literacy project. I'm excited to see how our students expand their skill sets with these new resources in our classroom.
