Our students are currently working in groups to answer the question, "How can oil companies respond effectively to environmental disasters?" This project asks students to come up with innovative strategies to remediate an environmental disaster. Together, they have spent the last five weeks conducting research, drafting press statements, and developing prototypes to help remediate a realistic oil spill scenario. On November 7th, our students will host our local community as well as industry professionals at an exhibition that will include an interactive scientific poster session and press conference. We need wide format poster paper and mounting materials for students to present their research findings and prototype designs. Additionally, students will use the document and iPad stands to display their prepared press statements and press conference videos. We are in the final stages of our project, but we need your help as students prepare to publish and present their scientific posters and press statements. These materials will help our students professionally display their hard work and research.
