My students LOVE to read. However, I’ve taught higher level second graders for seven years and am now teaching average, low average first graders. I need a classroom library to offer leveled books for my students to read. Books open their imagination and help them develop their reading and comprehension skills. These books will help my students stay engaged in reading and become confident as independent readers. They will have the opportunity to pick fiction and nonfiction books at their independent reading level to enjoy at independent and buddy reading time. These new books will be interesting and will keep my students engaged to help them grow as readers and continue to love reading and learning!
