My kids focus so hard on comprehending the Spanish language. I have seen that the harder they need to focus, the more they are moving and wiggling their bodies! We have had many problems with tipping chairs and leaning on desks. My students need to relieve the stress of learning a new language through moving their bodies appropriately! I want to support their need to move in a healthy and appropriate manner. These balance balls would be used specifically for my students who show need to move during class and learning time. I would also use them as extra seating during my small group reading center if they are not already being used.
