Our school is planning on using two Little Free Library houses. Local CTE students are going to build both of them for our students. This will be a great community project for them throughout the year. The only supplies that are required to get this project up and running, or should I say "reading," are the pieces of the plexiglass requested to weatherproof the houses and the DK Readers Set, I Can Read Books, Step Into Reading Book Set and the National Geographic Readers requested. The concept of this project is "take a book, leave a book." The libraries will house the books. Our students are avid readers and would absolutely love to be able to get books on the weekends and or holidays.
