My students have a wide range of reading abilities. They will be so excited to have fiction and non-fiction leveled readers, magazines, and books for the whole class and small groups. These books will encourage my students to read a variety of materials. We have a Solar System unit in our classroom and these books will be used by all my students. The books are in groups of 6, so they can be used in smaller RTI groups. With these materials, there will never be the question of "Where am I going" but, "Oh The Places I Will Go." Tubs and bins will make it easy to find and carry books around our classroom. Second graders always enjoy reading in a variety of places in our room. The tubs will also keep our class library organized. Let's make reading exciting and enjoyable.
