Our students do not have access to modern equipment and the gym has not been funded in over 5 years. Our kids need to get up and move!! They have not been as active as they have been in the past due to Covid and not being in the gym. The TRX trainer will help students understand their own physical strengths and weaknesses. As we integrated the TRX into fitness stations students will develop body awareness and muscle memory to achieve lifetime fitness goals. Your support will allow me to purchase modern and exciting equipment for new opportunities in the gym.

About my class
